NatEx/Megabus from Norwich news & Norfolk Green fleet update

National Express name coach after UEA

National Express have named one of their Caetano Levente coaches University Of East Anglia to mark the start of its increased Norwich to London services, NatEx used to run five times a day on the route but have now increased this to eight times a day and have added a new stop at the UEA. NatEx also run ten times a day from Norwich to Stansted, Heathrow and Gatwick airports and recently took control of the ticket desk at Norwich Bus Station following Norfolk County Council's decision to close it.

Megabus from Norwich started today!

The twice daily Norwich to London Megabus service started today, the service is being operated under contract to Stagecoach by Freestones Coaches who are based near Dereham. It is not yet known what vehicle is being used on the service but David Smith over on Anglia & Thames Valley Bus Forum says he has been informed that a unknown 57 reg coach has been aquired for the route - if you happen to see the service please do let me know the details :-)

Norfolk Green fleet update

Coasthopper Solo 315 YJ09LBG has recieved a rear end ad for Wiveton Hall, following on from the application of the Holkham Hall ad on Coasthopper Solo 317 YJ10EYA to keep the Holkham related theme going 315 & 317 have swapped names with 315 now being George Vancouver and 317 now being Thomas William Coke.

Agoraline 127 AU05FKF has returned from paint which leaves 126/8/9 still away.
