konectbus achieve 97% in satisfaction survey

konectbus have recieved an incredible 97% level of passenger satisfaction in a recent survey of Go-Ahead Group bus operators outside London.

The survey was carried out by independent consumer watchdog Passenger Focus throughout bus operators from the Go-Ahead Group outside of the London area in September 2012.

konectbus received the highest overall satisfaction score of the 11 companies involved in the survey.

100 People were questioned on factors including length of time waiting for the bus, satisfaction ehilst on the bus, satisfaction of the bus driver, satisfaction with journey time on the bus and level of information provided on and off the bus.

The survey took part on 8 different konect bus routes throughout peak and off-peak times to give a fair representation of their services.
