Konectbus & Anglianbus service developments

Go-Ahead Group bus operators Konectbus and Anglianbus are both set to introduce new services from Norwich in the next couple of months.

Konectbus are set to arrive on the North Norfolk coast when they add a new fast service numbered 2 between Norwich, Cromer and Sheringham to their high quality bus network from Sunday 18th November.

Meanwhile, Anglianbus are to introduce a new service numbered 146 between Norwich, Beccles and Lowestoft from Monday 3rd December, this new service will replace service 525 which they already operate between Beccles and Lowestoft.

Also over at Anglianbus, managing director Andrew Pursey has confirmed in an article in the Eastern Daily Press that they expect to start taking delivery of the thirteen new MAN EcoCity gas powered buses in the next few weeks, it is expected that they will enter service in December or January on a selection routes in the Norwich, Great Yarmouth and Lowestoft areas.

Both the new Konectbus and Anglianbus services have been registered with VOSA, timetables and routing information is not yet available - however as soon as we are able to do so we will bring you full information on the new services!
