Various Fleet Updates 20/11/12 - includes Anglianbus, Freestones Coaches, Konectbus, Norfolk Green, Sanders Coaches & Stagecoach in Cambridge

We've got several snippets of fleet news from various operators in the area, so rather than doing seperate posts we have compiled this digest.


Former Brighton & Hove Dennis Trident/East Lancs T815RFG has been repainted into Anglianbus livery.

Former Metrobus Scania Omnicity YN03WRJ has also been repainted into Anglianbus livery and has had its centre doors removed.

Freestones Coaches

Acquired for Megabus duties between Norwich and London is brand new tri-axle Irizar i6 YT62HXZ, it wears Megabus blue livery but does not yet have any logos applied.

Norfolk Green

Optare Spectra 8 YJ51ZVG has been repainted into new livery, it is the third of this type to be treated, it joins 2 YE52FHG and 9 YG02FWD - all three have also had interior refurbishments.

edit: Optare Spectra 7 YJ51ZVF has not been repainted and refurbished as reported earlier - we got our numbers mixed up somewhere!

Sanders Coaches (bus fleet)

Sold to Ensignbus is open top Leyland Olympian 6546FN.

Acquired from Stagecoach London via Ensignbus are Dennis Trident/ALX400's X349NNO and X396NNO.

Stagecoach in Cambridge

Expected soon at Cambridge soon are 11 Alexander Dennis Enviro300's for the citi2 service, fleet numbers and registrations for the new vehicles are expected to be 27817-27 AE62BEY/FO/GU/HD/HY/HZ/KF/KN/LF/ND/NL

MAN/Alexender ALX300's 22301-05 AE51RXW/XX/XY/XZ/YA have been cascaded to Stagecoach Manchester.
