Trent Barton Centenary Running Day - photo special

Last Thursday (31st October 2013) saw the culmination of Trent Barton's 100 Year Anniversary celebrations with a free heritage bus running day in Derby, our regular contributor David Bell attended the event and has kindly sent us the following report and photographs to share with you...

David comments: "To celebrate the actual day of its 100th anniversary Trent Barton ran some heritage vehicles on the Derby- Ashbourne service and also on the Derby to Nottingham via Sandiacre route. Attached are pictures of the vehicles which took part the oldest being RC 7927 a 1940 BMMO SON. RCH 629L is an ex-Trent Bristol VR still in the livery of a previous owner - Northern Bus."
