Rail Replacement special... Three Bridges - part 1

As promised this week we are bringing you another two part Rail Replacement special, it's one that has been featured on the blog in the past - Three Bridges, the large scale closures which take place there always turn out an interesting selection of vehicles and operators covering the lines South to Brighton and Eastbourne, the selection of photos included in both parts of this post were taken on Saturday 11th October 2014 and have kindly been supplied by David Bell.

We'll start this part with a vehicle with an East Anglian connection, that is Southern Transit's ex Anglianbus Scania Omnicity YN03 WRL, the vehicle as you can see still wears the familiar Anglian livery, interestingly this vehicle was new to Metrobus so is now back on it's old stomping ground (c) David Bell.

Next up we have a coach, Crawley Luxury Travel Plaxton Profile bodied Volvo B7R P15 CLC, not much history of this vehicle available online as it appears to have only recently started carrying this cherished registration that was previously found on an older vehicle (c) David Bell.
