Looking back... Coaches at the Ideal Home Show 1995 - part 1

For our latest Looking back... feature we are travelling twenty year to 1995 to take a look at a selection of coaches from both the local area and elsewhere visiting that years ideal Home Show at Earls Court, London. All of the photographs in this two part feature have kindly been supplied by our regular correspondent David Bell.

Belle Coaches Caetano Algarve bodied Dennis Javeline G839 VAY, this coach was new to Lloyd, Nuneaton in 1989. This vehicle was noted locally as recently as 2011/2 with Wisbech-based W&M Travel (c) David Bell.

Sanders, Holt PVF377
Sanders Coaches early Caetano Algarve bodied DAF SB2300 PVF 377, this coach (original registration either D521/2 WNV) was new to Rabyastle, Foxton in 1987 (c) David Bell.

Horseman, Berkshire K2HCL
Horseman Coaches of Royal Berkshire Plaxton Paramount bodied Mercedes 0303 K2 HCL, this rare coach in terms of chassis/body combination was new in 1992 (c) David Bell.

Parfitt's G380VNY
Parfitts's, Rhymney short wheelbase Plaxton Paramount bodied Dennis Javelin J380 VNY, this coach was new to this Welsh operator in 1992 (c) David Bell.

Bennetts Silverline M8BSL
Bennetts Sliverline Plaxton Premiere bodied Dennis Javelin M8 BSL, this coach was new the year this photograph was taken - 1995 (c) David Bell.

Bassetts F878RFP
Travel Bassetts Duple 320 bodied Dennis Javelin F878 RFP, this coach was new to Goodman, Pailton in 1989 and latterly operated on the Hebrides with Hebridean of Howmore (c) David Bell.
